The Website Owner reserves the right at any time to change or discontinue without notice, any aspect or feature of this website. No information shall be construed as advice and information is offered for information purposes only and is not intended for trading purposes. Price and payment
The price of any Products will be as quoted on our Site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. Sunset Pharmacy will charge VAT on all sales, as required, and/or at the rate required, bylaw.

All prices quoted exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due as set out in our Delivery Guide which is accessible from the store menu.

Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.

Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a Product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Dispatch Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as a miss-pricing.

Payment for all Products must be by credit or debit card. We accept payment with the following cards: Maestro, Delta, Visa and MasterCard. We will charge your credit or debit card at the time that you place your order, but will not be obliged under any circumstances to send you a Dispatch Confirmation and/or accept or despatch your order, if there is a problem with the authorisation of the full payment on your credit or debit card.

Delivery Policy

We sell medicine and deliver to UK customers only.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.

All delivery dates are estimated dates only and not guaranteed.We may, in unforeseen circumstance, send you part of the order or remove item(s) from order if after you have placed an order and we are unable to ship any part of it

All our orders are sent by Royal Mail Standard or Special Delivery service. Due to nature of the good dispatched, a signature will be required on delivery to confirm receipt of package.

All our orders are discreetly packaged. It will not be obvious to a casual observer the products enclosed. To ensure your privacy and discretion our companies name and logo will not be visible on the package.

If you are not available to sign for your delivery, the postman will leave a calling card that will provide details of local mail depot where you can collect the order. We can also send your items to your work address or another address if it will be more convenient for you

Please be aware that you are bound by terms and condition of carriers once we have shipped your items, therefore you should refer to their terms and condition and our terms and conditions contained herein.

You have the right to cancel your order up to the point when your online test is dispatched and as we must destroy any test returned, even if it is un-opened boxes, we are not able to offer refunds once your online test has been dispatched.

With regards to lost item, in order to confirm that an order shipped via post has been lost, we must wait 4 weeks before we can claim against our carrier. Most lost items will be found during this period of time. In the meantime if your item is lost or undelivered, try to contact your local delivery office as they may be holding the order having already tried unsuccessfully to deliver it. Contact us with your order number, name and address if after 4 week and you still haven’t received you item and we will arrange to resend or refund your order. If you require your items urgently it is advised that you re-order them through our website.

We would like you to know that we reserve the right to exercise discretion with respect to any returns under these Terms and Conditions and such discretion to be exercised only within the confines of the law.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Return of unwanted items
Under distance selling regulation you have a statutory right to a "cooling off" period. This period commence as soon as your order is complete and it ends 7 days after your order have been delivered. In case you change your mind about your order within this statutory period, please return them to us within 7 days of receipt. It is important to be aware that items within your orders can only be returned for this reason if their packaging remains unopened and they can be sold again, as new, without any additional work on our behalf.Also products of a medicinal, cosmetic or personal nature cannot be returned due to reasons of hygiene. We will not refund your order unless the item/(s) are in saleable condition upon return. You will be liable for the cost of returning items to us.You will be responsible for paying shipment costs if your order is returned for this reason.

There are exceptions to this right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Therefore there is no right to cancel under the following circumstances:

13. -(1) Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the consumer will not have the right to cancel the contract by giving notice of cancellation pursuant to regulation 10 in respect of contracts-

(c) For the supply of goods clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

According to these terms, you have no right to cancel but in exercise of our discretionwith regards to these terms and conditions, you may have the right to cancel your order up to the point when your medicine or online test is dispatched. As we must destroy any test returned, even when it has not been opened, we are not able to offer refunds once your test has been dispatched.

Return of faulty or damaged items
To help us deal with return of faulty or damaged goods, we would need details of your order number, name and date of order. We recommend that all items are returned to us via a Recorded Delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post. It is also important to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.

All leads, accessories and software must accompany electrical and photographic equipment otherwise they will not be accepted. Also software must have its original seal intact to be accepted.

Health and fitness equipment will only be accepted if dismantled and boxed as received.

Electrical items that are returned and found to be faulty will be replaced only; if the original item is no longer available an alternative item will be offered of the same value. No refund will be offered.

Please note that, once opened and or used, products cannot be returned to us unless the product is faulty or broken. In addition products of a medicinal, cosmetic or personal nature cannot be returned due to reasons of hygiene.

All returns are evaluated before being processed.

Faulty items will be accepted up to the manufacturer's warranty terms. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you refuse delivery due to an item being damaged, you should refuse delivery and notify of this within 7 working days as stated above. If you are unaware of the damage in transit, the 7 day period still applies however once this has expired, any return is solely within Sunset Pharmacy discretion.

It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit. We will not issue a return or exchange unless the item(s) are in a saleable condition upon return.

You may return damaged or faulty item(s) within 30 days of receipt of them. If an item is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply. It is the recipient's responsibility to incur all costs and to follow warranty instructions as stated on the product warranty card as specified by the manufacturer.

Once we receive the returned items at our warehouse, you should allow a further 14 days for a replacement to be re-sent.

Failed Deliveries
If you are not available to receive your items and they are returned to us, we will charge another delivery fee if you wish the goods to be resent out to you.

Unauthorised Returns
If you return an item without prior approval, we will be unable to process your return and no refund or replacement will be provided. Unauthorised returns will be sent back to the sender with a delivery charge and £15 administration fee.

If we have to refund customer under conditions stated above, the refund will be made by the same method used to pay for the order and it may several business days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company. Your statutory rights will in not way be affected during this period.

Trade Marks
The trade marks, names, logos and service marks (collectively "trade marks") displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trade marks of the Website Owner, suppliers, manufacturers and partners of the owner. Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trade mark without the prior written permission of the Website Owner.
